Personal counseling provides a space to process pain and difficulties in life while developing skills and strategies to move forward with greater resiliency and self-knowledge.
As a counseling psychologist with training and experience in many contexts, I employ several approaches to address your needs and goals. A particular focus is on learning to allow the full range of your emotional experience without feeling overwhelmed and deterred from living a full life.
